The selected candidate will help deliver in-depth policy analysis and support new research projects. Moreover, the role includes drafting and editing background notes, analytical reports, policy briefs, and related research materials. The successful candidate may also contribute to and co-author MPI publications, with opportunities to lead or single-author shorter pieces. The position also supports fundraising and grant management. In addition, the analyst will help organize high-level roundtables and private meetings, including agenda development, concept notes, participant liaison, and speaker briefing. Eligibility Criteria

Master’s degree with 3–5 years of direct experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience Knowledge of international migration trends; expertise in one or more countries outside the United States preferred, particularly Africa, Latin America, or Europe Remote work worldwide will be considered for the right candidate
