Role Summary and Impact

The ideal candidate will take full ownership of performance strategy and execution for their portfolio of markets. They should be able to independently manage high‑volume, multi‑market accounts, while leading and developing teams to deliver consistently against client objectives.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Develop and deliver performance marketing strategies across multiple markets.

  • Own client relationships and be recognized as a trusted leader on their business.

  • Manage and mentor team members, ensuring best practices are implemented and knowledge is shared.

  • Draft paid performance proposals and presentations.

  • Manage digital platform relationships for accounts under management.

  • Oversee campaign setup, optimization, reporting, and tracking.

  • Ensure delivery on performance targets and translate results into strategic recommendations.

  • Collaborate with account leads and other business units to align on long‑term strategies.

  • Drive innovation by sharing and implementing digital performance best practices and betas with clients.

Skills and Experience

  • 4–5 years of digital media experience with strong knowledge across multiple channels.

  • Proven track record managing regional/multi‑market accounts and handling high‑volume environments.

  • Experience in team management and leadership.

  • Strong expertise in Google Ads and social platforms (Facebook, Snapchat, TikTok, X).

  • Familiarity with MMPs and app acquisition strategies — preferred qualification (not mandatory).

  • Proficient in integrating platforms and tech implementations (pixels, SDKs, CAPI).

  • Familiar with CDPs.

  • Strong presentation skills and client management experience.

  • Data‑driven and creative, with a passion for pushing boundaries in user acquisition.
