The challenge is for TRL 5–9 prototype-development solutions. Phase 2 offers maximum funding of CAD 500,000 per contract for projects up to 15 months, with an estimated five contracts. The official page states prototype demonstration travel to Suffield, Alberta.
Eligibility requirements
For-profit businesses incorporated in Canada with 499 or fewer full-time-equivalent employees, R&D activities in Canada, and the program's Canadian workforce, wage and senior-executive residency thresholds. Proposed solutions must be at TRL 5–9.
