Full job description
The intern gathers and documents requirements, maintains project plans and status trackers, supports acceptance testing, provides first-line technical assistance, manages issues through ticketing workflows, contributes to documentation and knowledge bases, and collaborates with development, QA and systems teams.
Requirements & qualifications
Candidates should understand common SDLC methods such as Agile, Scrum and Waterfall; have familiarity with help-desk or remote-support tools and basic troubleshooting; and communicate strongly in English. SQL exposure is a plus. The role also expects basic AI-assistant and LLM literacy, prompt-writing ability and awareness of responsible AI and data privacy.
