This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Mission Systems Technician based in Netherlands. This is a hands-on technical role supporting the installation, configuration, maintenance, and lifecycle sustainment of airborne ISR mission systems. You will work with advanced sensors, tactical radios, mission computers, radar, data links, video networks, and SIGINT equipment. The role combines field-level troubleshooting, system administration, RF diagnostics, network configuration, and mission system validation. You will play a direct role in maintaining operational readiness and ensuring complex systems perform reliably in demanding environments. Working closely with engineering, sustainment, and operational stakeholders, you will help integrate new hardware and software capabilities. The position offers significant technical ownership, requiring independent problem-solving and the ability to operate effectively in hangar, flightline, and deployed environments. Global travel of up to 50% provides exposure to diverse operational settings and mission-critical aviation programs.
