Your Mission
Join our Mittelstand Team as an Intern!Gain valuable experience in Private Equity and support our Mittelstand team for a 3-month period starting January 1 in various investment projects.
Your Responsibilities
- Assess investment opportunities (e.g. business model review, market analysis)
- Conduct financial analysis and company valuation (e.g. LBO modelling, CCA & CTA)
- Support during the investment proposal and due diligence process
- Source potential target companies through industry/sector analysis
- Assist with portfolio company development
Qualifications And Requirements
- Excellent academic performance; min. 4th Semester Bachelor
- At least 2 prior internships in top-tier PE, VC, M&A, Strategy Consulting, or Investment Banking firms
- Entrepreneurial mindset paired with critical thinking, problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Strong communication skills in German & English (C1)
