Leads MEL plans, data-quality systems, dashboards, field monitoring, capacity building and digital-health tools, supervises two MEL Assistants and works with government and program partners.
Requirements & qualifications
Bachelor's degree in public health, statistics, IT, M&E, health information systems, social sciences or related field; at least seven years of progressive MEL experience in health/development programs; relevant digital-health and disease-program experience.
