Full job description
Join a government communications team to produce high-quality motion content across corporate channels: social media reels, explainers, event loops/LED content, internal training videos, campaign assets and app/UX micro-animations. You will create content for internal stakeholders and external audiences (public campaigns, exhibitions and partner activations).

- Produce 2D & 3D motion graphics and short animated explainers (30s–3min) for social, web and large-format displays.
- Translate technical subjects (desalination, water networks, sustainability projects, infrastructure) into clear, audience-appropriate motion pieces.
- Create reusable social video templates (Reels, LinkedIn posts, YouTube shorts) aligned with brand guidelines (colour, logo, Arabic/English typography).
- Localize content into Arabic and English (subtitles, voice-over coordination).
- Prepare event & exhibition assets (looping videos, sponsor banners, pre-roll content) and coordinate with external vendors/agencies.
- Maintain a versioned motion asset library (source files, Lottie/JSON for web, final masters).
- Ensure deliverables meet government accessibility, branding and compliance standards.
- Manage fast turnaround requests and coordinate post-production (sound mix, color-grading, encoding)
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you need to meet the following criteria:
- 3–6+ years motion graphics/animation experience (agency or in-house for corporate/government clients preferred).
- Degree or diploma in Motion Design, Animation, Graphic Design, Multimedia or similar.
- Strong showreel (max 3 minutes) showing social campaigns, explainers and event loops.
- Expert in After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop; experience with Cinema 4D, Blender or other 3D tools for 3D motion work.
- Experience exporting Lottie/Bodymovin for web and hand-offs with Figma/Adobe XD.
- Experience handling Arabic motion (RTL typography) is highly desirable.
- Proficient English; Arabic speaker advantageous.
- Ability to work on-site and travel to event locations across the Northern Emirates when required.
- UAE residency or ability to relocate; able to obtain necessary government clearances.
Preferred / nice-to-have
