Capco Poland is a global technology and management consultancy specializing in digital transformation across the financial services industry. We partner with leading global banks to deliver complex Capital Markets and Murex transformation programmes.

We are currently looking for an experienced Murex Test Manager with hands-on expertise in MxTest to join large-scale Murex implementation and upgrade projects. This is an opportunity to play a key role in defining testing strategies, building reusable test assets, and ensuring the quality of one of the world's leading Capital Markets platforms.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

As a Murex Test Manager, you will lead testing activities across Murex implementation, upgrade, and transformation programmes.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Define and execute the overall Murex testing strategy across multiple workstreams.

• Design, develop, and maintain MxTest test cases and reusable regression packs.

• Build comprehensive test coverage across Front Office, Risk, Back Office, Market Data, Interfaces, and Reporting modules.

• Coordinate SIT, UAT, regression, and dress rehearsal activities.

• Ensure traceability between business requirements and test scenarios.

• Manage test execution, defect lifecycle, and reporting.

• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Developers, SMEs, and Business Users throughout the delivery lifecycle.

• Support production cutover, post-release validation, and hypercare activities.

• Promote testing best practices and continuously improve testing processes and automation.

WHAT YOU CAN GAIN

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• 5+ years of experience in software testing within Capital Markets.

• Hands-on experience with Murex MX.3.

• Proven experience working with MxTest.

• Experience managing SIT, UAT, regression, and end-to-end testing.

• Strong understanding of the Murex trade lifecycle.

• Experience designing reusable regression test packs.

• Experience working on Murex implementation or upgrade programmes.

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

• Fluent English.

NICE TO HAVE

• Experience with Commodities, FX, Rates, Equities, or Credit products.

• Knowledge of Murex modules such as Front Office, Risk, Back Office, Reporting, Interfaces, or Market Data.

• Experience with test automation.

• SQL and Unix knowledge.

• Familiarity with Jira, ALM, Azure DevOps or similar test management tools.

• Experience coordinating distributed testing teams.
