Small Business Subcontracting Program

— Blue Origin is building the infrastructure for sustained human presence on the Moon, developing the Blue Moon lunar landers (MK1 and MK2) and supporting NASA’s Lunar Permanence goals alongside reusable launch systems like New Glenn.

Our Small Business Program actively engages small, disadvantaged, veteran-owned, HUBZone, and women-owned businesses to strengthen our supply chain for lunar surface systems, in-space transportation, and mission-critical hardware—expanding domestic sourcing and opportunities for suppliers supporting NASA’s return to the Moon and beyond. — CONTACT:

What We Are Looking For

Blue Origin prioritizes engagement with Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses, along with small, disadvantaged, HUBZone, veteran-owned, and women-owned businesses, across mechanical, electrical, and avionics hardware; precision machining; fabrication and welding; specialty materials and coatings; electronic components and motors, including precision actuation and motion control; test and ground support equipment; and engineering and technical services. We have particular interest in suppliers supporting New Glenn, Blue Ring, and Blue Moon lunar lander programs, including domestic sourcing for NASA-compliant hardware. Preferred technologies include additive manufacturing, advanced composites, and high-reliability electronics for space applications.
