Full job description

The part-time Special Service Agreement assignment can run for a maximum of nine months/180 days. The consultant will develop an approved training module and pre/post tests, conduct theoretical and practical sessions on responsible and safe AI use in security environments, digital security, modern phishing methods and effective AI prompting for office and administrative work, and submit deliverable reports and training materials.

Requirements & qualifications

Applicants need a university degree in law, social sciences or a related field; more than 12 years of professional experience in digital technologies, cyber security and AI; demonstrated ability to conduct relevant training and work with government officials; experience collaborating with national and international experts or institutions; professional fluency in Russian; English is an asset; and practical Microsoft application skills.
