Full job description
The eight-week, home-based national consultancy includes biophysical and socioeconomic assessment, stakeholder consultations, ROAM analysis, cost-benefit and feasibility work, and a final report with scalable forest-landscape-restoration recommendations. The consultant must be resident in Sierra Leone.
Requirements & qualifications
The official notice requires a master's degree in Natural Resources Management, forestry, agriculture or a related field; at least three years of relevant experience with ROAM and forest-landscape-restoration systems; and fluency in written and spoken English. Familiarity with GIS-based spatial analysis, climate issues and monitoring and evaluation is relevant.
