The two-year fixed-term post, with possible extension, sits in FAO's Regional Office for Asia and the Pacific. Responsibilities include supervising daily contact-centre operations, monitoring service quality and KPIs, resolving complex client issues, coordinating service-level agreements, supporting quality assurance and coaching team members.
Requirements & qualifications
Applicants must be nationals of Thailand, hold an advanced university degree in human resources, business administration, industrial psychology or a related field, have at least one year of relevant professional experience, and have working knowledge of English and Thai. FAO lists additional shared-services, supervision, ERP and UN-procedure experience as desirable.
