The ILO is recruiting a National Project Officer in Khartoum to lead skills-development components of a PROSPECTS partnership project supporting conflict-affected communities and water-infrastructure rehabilitation.
Full job description
The position supports labour-market analysis, project planning and monitoring, TVET and apprenticeship design, work-based learning, capacity building, partner coordination and integration of skills development into labour-based water infrastructure rehabilitation.
Requirements & qualifications
The official posting requires a first-level university degree in development, social science, economics, labour, technical and vocational education, water engineering, civil engineering or a related field, plus at least two years of experience in skills development and project design, management or implementation. Excellent English is required; working knowledge of Arabic is an asset. National Officer local recruitment and eligibility criteria apply.
