NRC Canada's ongoing Student Employment Program offers paid student work terms across research, engineering, technology, administration and other professional fields at NRC offices across Canada.
Complete internship details
Student work terms last approximately sixteen weeks. Work can be full-time during a non-academic semester or part-time during an academic semester. Depending on the role and operational needs, some placements may use a hybrid arrangement.
Eligibility requirements
Applicants need a high school diploma or Grade 12 equivalent, at least a B academic average, current study at a recognized Canadian educational institution, and a return to full-time studies in the next semester. Eligible foreign national students studying in Canada with a valid study permit may also apply.
