We’re now looking for a .NET Tech Lead to strengthen hands-on delivery while providing technical leadership and continuity across our application landscape. Are you ready to take on a new challenge? About the role: In this pivotal full-stack role, you will design, develop, and maintain applications, taking full ownership from development through deployment and continuous improvement. You’ll drive the evolution and modernization of existing systems, ensuring their stability and reliability. Your contribution will align with our long-term platform direction, supporting a robust and future-proof technological landscape. This is a chance to truly impact our innovative journey. To thrive in this role, we believe you have: • Strong experience in full-stack .NET development, including C#, .NET Framework, .NET Core, ASP.NET, and Web API. • Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and automated deployment processes, fostering continuous improvement. • A collaborative mindset and a desire to take ownership of solutions from design to deployment. • Knowledge of legacy technologies like VB.NET/WinForms or container platforms such as OpenShift/Kubernetes is a significant advantage. • Proven aability with SQL Server and database development, alongside frontend skills in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and CSS. • Experience in applying AI tools (e.g. generative AI, Copilot, or automation solutions) in software development.
