NetSuite Consultant

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a NetSuite Consultant based in United States. This fully remote role is an opportunity for a functional NetSuite professional to support clients across ongoing ERP operations and implementation projects. You will troubleshoot business and system issues, configure solutions, and translate client needs into practical recommendations. The role combines managed services, ERP enhancements, testing, training, and post-go-live optimization. You’ll work directly with clients while collaborating with senior functional and technical consultants on more complex needs. Success requires strong NetSuite expertise, clear communication, and disciplined follow-through. The position offers a remote environment with travel of up to 25%, primarily across the Eastern and Central U.S. time zones.

Manage NetSuite support and managed-services requests from investigation through configuration, documentation, resolution, and client communication. Configure and optimize NetSuite workflows, dashboards, forms, roles, reports, and other functional components based on client requirements. Participate in ERP implementations and enhancement projects, including requirements gathering, testing, data preparation, training, go-live support, and post-implementation optimization. Gather and document business requirements and processes, translating client needs into clear and actionable functional recommendations. Troubleshoot functional issues and coordinate with senior consultants and technical resources when escalation, customization, or development support is required. Maintain accurate project documentation, tickets, deliverables, utilization records, and status updates. Build trusted client relationships through responsive communication, practical guidance, and consistent follow-through. Support multiple client engagements while meeting established utilization and delivery expectations. Requirements Hands-on experience with NetSuite in a functional consulting, administration, managed-services, or ERP implementation environment. Working knowledge of NetSuite workflows, dashboards, reporting, customizations, roles, and core business processes. Experience troubleshooting system and business-process issues and explaining solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Strong written and verbal communication, documentation, organization, time-management, and follow-through skills. Ability to work independently and effectively in a fully remote environment. Experience with one or more end-to-end NetSuite implementations is preferred. Experience with manufacturing, distribution, inventory, order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, or financial-management processes is a plus. Previous experience in client-facing consulting or professional services is preferred. Ability to travel up to 25%, typically within the Eastern and Central U.S., including occasional flights and overnight stays. Candidates located in Eastern or Central U.S. time zones are preferred due to client coverage requirements. Benefits Base salary of approximately $85,000–$105,000 per year , with the job posting specifying a target range of $85,000–$100,000. Fully remote work within the United States.
