Monitor, triage, and resolve incoming maintenance tickets while meeting established service-level agreements and operational targets. Help maintain high levels of system availability and network performance through effective troubleshooting, maintenance, and operational planning. Safely handle and lift infrastructure equipment weighing at least 50 pounds as required for data center operations. Requirements At least 2 years of relevant professional experience, along with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field. Practical experience with data center operations and protocols, network technologies, security concepts, Unix/Linux internals, distributed systems, and systems design. Solid understanding of network infrastructure operations and the ability to troubleshoot connectivity issues across multiple network layers. Strong organizational and operational planning skills, including the ability to coordinate schedules, resources, and time-sensitive activities. Ability to work efficiently under strict time constraints while consistently following established procedures and operational guidelines. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical teams, field personnel, service providers, and external partners. Willingness and ability to travel domestically within the United States up to 60% of the time. Ability to undergo and successfully maintain a U.S. Government Tier 3 background investigation. U.S. citizenship is required for the role. Benefits Base salary ranging from $65,700 to $118,300 per year , depending on factors such as experience, skills, certifications, and location.
