Full job description
The engineer supports enterprise on-premise and cloud networking, network security, incident/problem/change management, live-service monitoring, troubleshooting and service improvement across technologies including routing, firewalls, load balancing and hybrid cloud platforms.
Requirements & qualifications
Proven enterprise network design/build/operations experience; working knowledge of network security controls; 3rd-line support and ITSM incident/problem/change management experience; strong troubleshooting across TCP/IP, routing protocols and core IP services; strong collaboration and communication. The role requires Security Check clearance.
