No-Code Web Designer & Developer

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a No-Code Web Designer & Developer based in India. This role is ideal for a creative, hands-on professional who enjoys owning digital projects from concept through launch. You will design and build high-quality websites, landing pages, and microsites using modern no-code and low-code platforms. The position combines visual design, UI/UX, responsive development, branding, and interactive web experiences. You will translate business requirements and creative concepts into polished, functional, production-ready digital experiences. Working independently, you will collaborate with stakeholders to understand objectives, incorporate feedback, and deliver projects on schedule. Strong attention to typography, layout, visual hierarchy, responsiveness, and digital brand consistency will be essential. Own the end-to-end design and development of websites, landing pages, and microsites, from initial concept through final deployment. Create wireframes, page layouts, visual concepts, and high-fidelity web designs based on business and project requirements. Build responsive websites using platforms such as Webflow, Framer, Wix Studio, or comparable no-code and low-code tools. Transform approved designs and creative concepts into polished, functional, deployment-ready websites. Develop engaging animations, transitions, interactions, and dynamic web elements where appropriate. Ensure consistent and intuitive user experiences across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices. Apply corporate branding and visual guidelines consistently across web pages and digital touchpoints. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements, gather feedback, manage revisions, and maintain alignment throughout the project. Maintain high standards for visual design, typography, spacing, layout, usability, responsiveness, and overall digital quality. Take ownership of pilot microsites and landing pages, ensuring they are visually consistent, functional, responsive, and ready for production. Manage project timelines effectively while maintaining quality and attention to detail. Requirements 2+ years of experience in web design, web development, digital design, or a related role. Strong hands-on capabilities across both web design and web development. Proficiency with Webflow, Framer, Wix Studio, or comparable no-code/low-code platforms. Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, responsive design, visual hierarchy, typography, spacing, and layout. Ability to independently turn high-fidelity designs and concepts into fully functional websites. Strong understanding of corporate and enterprise branding and the ability to apply digital brand guidelines consistently. Excellent visual design skills, with a strong eye for detail, interactions, animations, and overall digital presentation. Experience creating polished websites, landing pages, and microsites to a professional visual standard. A strong portfolio demonstrating projects that showcase both design and development capabilities. Experience working with B2B, technology, SaaS, enterprise, or corporate brands is an advantage. Strong creative and conceptual thinking, with the ability to contribute ideas and influence digital visual direction. Ability to translate business objectives into distinctive, credible, and user-friendly digital experiences. Comfortable working independently and taking ownership across ideation, design, development, and deployment. Strong communication, stakeholder-management, organization, and time-management skills. Benefits Salary range of INR 400,000–800,000 per year (4–8 LPA) . Fully remote position within India. Full-time employment.
