We are seeking an enthusiastic, customer focused driver who can operate a box truck (26 feet) across the Stow, OH area. You will be collecting sharps and medical waste containers from our healthcare customer locations and delivering a high level of customer service daily. This role offers a high degree of autonomy, stable hours, access to some OT and good benefits. Our vehicle fleet is modern and well-maintained. Plant Location: 5010 Hudson Drive, Stow, OH 44224
Driving & Route Responsibilities Safely collect, transport, and store medical waste and sharps containers Operate company vehicles up to 26’ box trucks Manage assigned local routes and deliver timely, reliable service Complete deliveries according to schedule and communicate route changes or issues Conduct pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections Maintain DOT compliance including logs and roadside inspections Physical & Customer‑Facing Work Load and unload containers throughout the day ( heavy lifting required ) Organize and prioritize your truck based on route needs Build positive relationships with healthcare customers through professional, friendly service
Valid drivers license or valid drivers license with a clean driving record and DOT medical card Professional experience operating 26’ box trucks Familiarity with DOT compliance, logging hours, and roadside inspections Confidence completing Level 1–3 DOT road checks Strong work ethic, reliability, and proven tenure with past employers Customer‑focused mindset with a flexible, can‑do attitude Commitment to safe driving and on‑time delivery practices
Job stability – as an essential service to healthcare we are a non-seasonal and stable business Opportunities for overtime Consistent work hours – Weekday position, 4 10-hour days, 1st Shift (5AM to ~3PM) Benefits – Full time roles are provided benefits, sick leave and vacation leave from day one!! Permanent position – This is a Full-time permanent role of 40 hours per week Competitive salary – This position is offering a SET (non-negotiable) rate of $24 per hour! Note to CDL drivers , CDL holders receive $27 per hour or $28 with valid hazmat endorsement SIGN ON BONUS! - This position includes a $3k sign on bonus paid in 2 installments ($1k after 30 days, $2k after 90 days of employment)
