Provider: Organization of American States In addition to meeting the below eligibility criteria, applicants must not be pursuing studies in Medical Sciences or Foreign Languages. Grade Level Graduate Students Citizenship Status U.S. Citizens, Canadian Citizens, Permanent Residents, Other Miscellaneous Applicants must (1) have obtained a first university (Bachelor's) degree, (2) be a citizen or permanent resident of an OAS Member State, and (3) be pursuing full-time studies at any university in an OAS Member State.
