Requirements
Education:
- Associate degree from an accredited Occupational Therapist Assistant program
Licensure:
- Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an Occupational Therapist Assistant
Experience:
- Previous experience in a rehabilitation or healthcare setting is preferred but not required
Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow treatment plans and assist patients in therapy activities
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to assist patients physically as needed
Work Schedule:
- Full-time, Monday to Friday
