Blue United Sourcing is seeking an Occupational Therapist for a rehab team at a skilled nursing facility in Atascadero. You’ll play a key role in helping residents rebuild independence, improve daily function, and navigate their recovery with confidence.
What You’ll Do:
- Deliver occupational therapy services tailored to each patient’s needs

What We’re Looking For:
- Active California OT license
- SNF or rehab experience is a plus
