Oliver Wyman is looking to hire a Talent Acquisition Student Worker to join our IMEA (India, Middle East, and South Africa) Recruitment Team!
This role will be based out of our Dubai office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in candidate sourcing, resume screening, and scheduling interviews.
- Manage records by maintaining and updating recruitment files and organizing CVs.
- Create offer letters and provide ad hoc support for various recruitment tasks.
- Communicate effectively with candidates, providing updates throughout the recruitment process.
Technical Skills Required:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook; strong command of English (written and verbal).
Skills & Attributes:
- Positive, proactive, and collaborative team player.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to maintain confidentiality.
- Excellent communicator, able to engage with colleagues at all levels.
- Must be enrolled in a university or on a father’s visa.
- Should be based in the UAE.
