<p><strong>Purpose of Position</strong></p> <p>As an Onboarding Assistant, you will play a key role in delivering a smooth, efficient, and high-quality onboarding experience for our Platform Services clients — from initial lead qualification through to programme activation. You will ensure that qualified leads are thoroughly assessed, incoming applications are processed accurately, and new clients are seamlessly guided through the onboarding journey.
