Role Overview We are looking for an Onsite Recruiter who will serve as a key representative of our brand throughout the hiring process. This role requires strong executive presence, refined communication skills, and the ability to conduct high-quality, in-depth interviews that go beyond basic screening. The ideal candidate is someone who treats every interaction—whether virtual or in-person - with professionalism and intent, and is capable of delivering a 1:1, quality-driven hiring approach rather than volume-based recruitment.

Conduct structured, in-depth interviews to assess candidate fit across skills, experience, and role requirements Match candidates to specific hiring needs with a strong focus on quality and precision Represent the company brand with professionalism in all candidate interactions (virtual and onsite) Evaluate candidate communication style, professionalism, and overall readiness for client-facing roles Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring expectations Maintain high standards in candidate experience, ensuring consistency and alignment with company values Provide clear and structured interview feedback and hiring recommendations

At least 2+ years of interview experience beyond basic pre-screening (experience in full interviews and candidate evaluation required) Strong executive presence and professionalism in both virtual and face-to-face settings Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to represent the company brand effectively Proven ability to assess candidates holistically and match them to specific role requirements Experience in quality-driven recruitment (non-volume hiring preferred) Background in BPO recruitment is acceptable only if paired with exceptional communication and interviewing depth What We’re Looking For A recruiter who prepares for interviews with the same level of professionalism as in-person engagements Someone who understands they are a brand ambassador in every candidate interaction A strong evaluator who prioritizes quality of hire over quantity
