Hades Mining is building Cerberus, a high-power fiber laser drilling system designed to cut drilling costs by more than 50% compared to conventional mechanical methods. Drilling accounts for 50–70% of total CAPEX in most resource extraction projects — solving it unlocks access to Europe's critical minerals and geothermal energy at scale. We are a Munich-based deep-tech team that has raised €20.5M from leading European venture capital firms and are in active discussions with the German government on the development of REE Storkwitz, set to be the largest rare earth element deposit in Europe. Drilling accounts for 50–70% of total CAPEX in most resource extraction projects — solving it unlocks access to Europe's critical minerals and geothermal energy at scale.
We are a Munich-based deep-tech team that has raised €20.5M from leading European venture capital firms and are in active discussions with the German government on the development of REE Storkwitz, set to be the largest rare earth element deposit in Europe.
