Experience with Linux system administration; familiarity with Ubuntu or Debian is an advantage. Technical aptitude for understanding complex distributed systems, cloud architectures, and modern cloud technologies. Experience with agile software development methodologies and structured engineering practices. Previous experience working within and managing geographically distributed teams. Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across technical and customer-facing environments. Willingness and ability to travel for team events, company gatherings, and customer meetings, generally around 20% or less. Benefits: Globally distributed and remote-first work environment. Twice-yearly in-person team sprints and opportunities to collaborate with colleagues around the world. Personal learning and development budget of USD 2,000 per year. Annual compensation reviews. Performance-driven annual bonus or commission in addition to base compensation. Recognition and rewards programs. Annual holiday leave. Maternity and paternity leave.
