Full job description
The role manages end-to-end OTR operations across one large or several smaller sites, including training, performance management, operational audits, stakeholder coordination and continuous process improvement. Flexible shifts including nights and weekends are required, and travel to stores within Egypt is expected.
Requirements & qualifications
Amazon lists a bachelor's degree, experience in a customer-facing, warehousing, logistics or manufacturing environment, strong communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel among the basic qualifications. Prior process and people leadership experience is preferred.
