Amazon Now is seeking an operations leader to support city-level operational indexing and performance tracking. The candidate is responsible for launching dark stores and hiring a team that leads day to day operations/programs. This role involves monitoring key operational metrics across dark stores, managing data accuracy for operational dashboards, and supporting the team in maintaining visibility into network health and performance.
Key job responsibilities Collaborate with multiple stakeholders and launch dark stores.
Track and index operational metrics including count compliance, fulfillment times, inventory accuracy, and delivery performance across city networks
Maintain data integrity for operational dashboards and reporting systems used by leadership teams Support root cause analysis for operational defects and SLA breaches
Coordinate with store operations teams to ensure timely data updates and metric accuracy Assist in identifying trends and patterns in operational performance to support continuous improvement initiatives
Basic Qualifications
- 3+ years of employee and performance management experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ years of performance metrics, process improvement or lean techniques experience
