With backing from our investors, including Blackstone, this is just the beginning… Come join the A-Team at AirTrunk, where the cloud meets the ground.     Your Impact As Operations Safety Lead, you’ll provide visible, hands-on safety leadership across operational sites, supporting critical maintenance activities and strengthening operational resilience. You’ll partner closely with site teams, contractors, and service providers to drive a proactive safety culture, support incident response, and embed continuous improvement initiatives that enhance operational performance and critical risk management. What You'll Do Lead operational safety activities across live data centre campuses Support critical operations, maintenance, and contractor management programs Drive compliance with key risk controls including Permit to Work, electrical safety, confined space entry, and working at heights Conduct incident investigations, operational assurance activities, and risk assessments Partner with operational teams to strengthen emergency preparedness and response capability Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance safety outcomes and operational reliability What You'll Bring 7+ years’ experience in operational safety within high-risk industries Qualifications in Work Health & Safety or a related discipline Strong investigation, assurance, and operational risk management capability Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement skills Experience supporting critical environments, industrial operations, or data centres is highly regarded At AirTrunk, we value diverse perspectives, inclusive leadership, and a culture where everyone can thrive.
