3-5 years of experience in Web3 and finance industries Measure, report, and analyze the performance of campaigns across channels and translate findings into actionable, data-driven recommendations in order to improve future performance Collaborate across teams to help optimize and potentially combine campaigns under one central theme Good understanding of DEX Liquidity Strategy Great logical thinking ability, communication skills, self-driven and quick-learner Have a sense of responsibility, self-motivation and a strong capability
