Operations Specialist

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Operations Specialist based in the United States. This role supports the planning, coordination, and execution of security, protection, and client operations across a dynamic environment. You will provide hands-on operational, logistical, research, administrative, and project support across a broad portfolio of engagements. The position works closely with operations leaders, protective personnel, clients, partners, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure requirements are organized and delivered effectively. You will contribute to executive protection, secure transportation, staffing, travel logistics, credentialing, compliance, and risk mitigation activities. The role offers significant variety and requires someone who can adapt quickly, exercise sound judgment, and manage competing priorities. You will also have opportunities to improve processes, strengthen operational scalability, and support special projects and mission-critical assignments. Domestic and international travel, including periods of remote and on-call support, are integral parts of this opportunity.
