Operations Supervisor- Commercial Insurance

Our partner is looking for an Operations Supervisor – Commercial Insurance based in the United States. This full-time remote leadership role oversees the day-to-day operations and performance of a commercial insurance account management team. You’ll guide team members, balance workloads, strengthen operational processes, and maintain consistently high service standards. The role combines people leadership with hands-on expertise in commercial insurance and client relationship management. You’ll serve as a senior resource for complex coverage and service matters while managing an assigned book of business. Success requires strong judgment, analytical thinking, organization, and a commitment to developing people and future leaders. You’ll also play an important role in renewals, new business, policy administration, compliance, and operational excellence. The position is remote within the Southeastern U.S., with occasional onsite requirements depending on business needs.
