Full job description
The role oversees daily AMZL and fulfillment-center operations, allocates labor, leads meetings, develops teams, monitors performance metrics, improves processes, manages inventory accuracy and coordinates operational tools and external agency relationships. The supervisor may lead groups of roughly 30-40 associates and must work effectively in a fast-paced shift environment.
Requirements & qualifications
The official posting requires team-management experience, at least 1 year of employee and performance management experience, flexibility to work shifts including weekends, nights or holidays, strong problem-solving skills and the physical ability to handle loaded wheeled dollies. A degree in engineering, operations, supply chain, logistics or business and 3+ years managing teams are preferred.
