This is a full-time temporary opportunity based in Townsville for a 12-month period from 3 November 2026 to 2 November 2027, with flexible work arrangements available.About the roleAs the Operations Team Leader, you will lead and support a team responsible for delivering operational and service outcomes across Regional Services. You will play a critical role in coordinating workflows, monitoring performance, managing risks and ensuring quality service delivery.Key responsibilities include:Coordinating team workflows, priorities and workloads to achieve agreed service and performance objectives.Providing operational leadership, coaching and technical guidance to support team effectiveness and capability development.Monitoring operational performance, analysing trends and identifying opportunities to improve service delivery and business outcomes.Managing complex and escalated matters to achieve positive customer and regulatory outcomes.Building productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.Driving continuous improvement initiatives and maintaining high standards of quality assurance.Providing operational insights and recommendations to support informed decision-making by the Regional Manager.Please refer to the Position Description for a full list of key role responsibilities and suitability requirements.
