Full job description
Your Mission
- Installation and configuration of Oracle Database Standard Edition software for customer projects, operated as cluster services
- Operation and maintenance of Oracle Database Standard Edition cluster services in customer environments
- Analysis and resolution of Oracle Database-related issues in customer systems
- Enhancement and maintenance of the Ansible environment used during installation and configuration phases
- Support of Oracle Database hotline requests and calls for customer systems
- Fine-tuning and performance optimization of Oracle Database environments
Qualifications And Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, MBA or equivalent qualification (preferred) with above-average results
- Fundamental knowledge and several years of experience with Oracle Database Administration
- Deeper knowledge of Red Hat-compatible Linux operating systems
- Bash scripting skills for administrative tasks
- Experience with Ansible for installation and configuration of Oracle Database environments
- Independent, well-structured and goal-oriented working style
- Excellent written and spoken English, fluent German is an advantage
