This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM Functional Consultant based in the United States. This is a high-impact opportunity to support a large-scale federal HCM modernization program. You’ll help migrate legacy HR systems to Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM in an enterprise SaaS environment. The role combines functional consulting, federal HR expertise, configuration, testing, and implementation support. You’ll work closely with HR stakeholders to translate complex requirements into effective system solutions. The position spans areas such as Core HCM, Federal HR, Benefits, Absence, Time & Labor, Learning, and related processes. You’ll collaborate with technical, data, testing, and delivery teams within an Agile environment. Primarily remote, the role offers the opportunity to shape modern HR services for the federal workforce, with limited travel and occasional onsite needs.
