This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM Functional (SME) based in the United States. This is a high-impact opportunity to serve as a functional design authority on a major federal HCM modernization program. You will shape enterprise-wide Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM solutions supporting the U.S. civilian federal workforce. The role spans multiple HCM domains, including Core HCM, Federal HR, Benefits, Compensation, Absence, Time & Labor, and Learning. You will translate complex federal HR policies into scalable system architecture and configuration decisions. Working closely with government stakeholders, technical teams, and functional consultants, you will safeguard design consistency across the program. The position offers a primarily remote environment, with occasional onsite work in Reston, Virginia, as business needs require. You will also mentor other functional professionals and influence the roadmap of a large-scale, Agile enterprise transformation.
