This is a strategic, business-facing learning and development role supporting a global commercial organization in a fast-paced, matrixed environment. You will shape the learning strategy across business development, proposals and contracts, marketing, feasibility, and commercial operations. The role offers the opportunity to build a commercial learning portfolio from the ground up, establishing frameworks, curricula, processes, and standards. You will partner directly with senior leaders and subject matter experts to identify capability gaps and translate business needs into impactful learning solutions. Your work will help accelerate employee productivity, strengthen client-facing capabilities, improve proposal quality, and contribute to commercial performance. The position combines strategy, instructional design, facilitation, change management, and data-driven measurement of learning impact. It is ideal for an experienced learning professional who enjoys building, influencing, and creating meaningful organizational change.
