Paediatric Occupational Therapist – Berkshire

Location: Berkshire Contract: Permanent Hours: Sociable working hours (no weekends or evenings after 6:30 pm)

Our client is seeking a dedicated Paediatric Occupational Therapist to provide specialist OT provision to pupils with autism. This role involves delivering high-quality assessment, intervention, and support within an educational setting, working as part of a multi-disciplinary team to ensure pupils achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

Clinical Practice and Intervention

  • Maintain responsibility for OT interventions, ensuring high standards of care.

  • Provide direct therapy to pupils as outlined in their EHCPs.

  • Deliver small group OT sessions and develop individualized and class-based intervention programs.

  • Embed OT strategies throughout the school environment.

  • Collaborate with a wider team of therapists and adhere to professional ethical standards.

Assessment and Equipment
