We are currently looking for a Paid Media Manager (TV & Video) who will be integral to driving high-level performance across Lovehoney Group. Your focus will be on maximising commercial return across TV and video channels while building YouTube campaigns that deliver measurable business impact. In this role, you will combine your commercial and analytical insight with your ability to influence stakeholders and implement smarter ways of working.

What you will do

• Own the planning, execution, and optimisation of YouTube campaigns, ensuring performance against awareness, consideration, and conversion objectives.

• Manage the relationship with our TV media agency, scrutinising recommendations, optimising budgets, and ensuring commercial impact is maximised.

• Identify and evaluate emerging video opportunities across Connected TV (CTV), BVOD, streaming, and other platforms to shape future media investment.

• Analyse performance data to generate actionable insights, optimise campaigns, and improve reporting, using AI and automation where appropriate.

• Partner closely with Creative, Brand, Analytics, and Commercial teams to ensure media activity is strategically aligned and insight-led.

What you should bring

• Proven experience managing paid media or video advertising in ecommerce, consumer, or agency environments.

• Demonstrated expertise in planning, optimising, and analysing YouTube campaigns.

• Experience working with media agencies, challenging recommendations, and influencing investment decisions.

• Strong commercial and analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business decisions.

• Curiosity and self-motivation, with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities for improvement.

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with confidence in presenting insights and recommendations.

• Passion for video advertising and emerging media platforms.
