The Fellowship Program is designed to help potential Palauan leaders reconnect with the Republic and transition into its workforce. An approved internship must be related to the participant's field of study, include direct supervision and hands-on learning, run full-time for at least eight weeks, and be hosted by the Republic of Palau Government or a legitimate licensed business or agency approved by the Board.
