Full job description

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Participant Recruitment Partner/Sourcer based in the United States. This is a hands-on recruitment role focused on building and scaling high-quality participant pools for AI and research projects. You’ll identify, attract, verify, and engage specialized talent across diverse and often hard-to-reach communities. The role combines high-volume sourcing with targeted recruitment for client-specific projects and evolving participant needs. You’ll work closely with delivery teams to ensure the right people are available, qualified, and ready when needed. Data, experimentation, and continuous optimization will shape how you improve sourcing, onboarding, activation, and retention. The environment is fast-paced, collaborative, and mission-driven, with significant autonomy and room to improve recruitment operations. This is a strong opportunity for an experienced sourcer who enjoys building scalable talent solutions at the intersection of recruitment and AI.

Identify, attract, and engage highly qualified specialist participants to continuously expand and strengthen participant pools. Partner closely with delivery teams on client-specific recruitment needs, acting as the primary recruitment contact and ensuring smooth execution. Deliver against ambitious recruitment targets for bespoke projects while maintaining high standards of participant quality and diversity. Design and manage verification processes to confirm that domain experts and AI taskers meet specific skills and qualification requirements. Improve recruitment, onboarding, and activation funnels through experimentation and data-driven optimization. Monitor participant engagement, quality, retention, and sourcing metrics, translating insights into practical improvements. Develop scalable sourcing approaches that increase recruitment speed, operational efficiency, participant readiness, and long-term engagement. Collaborate cross-functionally to respond quickly to changing project requirements and customer needs. Requirements Proven experience in recruitment, talent sourcing, talent acquisition, or a comparable high-volume recruitment environment. Demonstrated success developing scalable sourcing strategies and building pipelines of highly qualified candidates. Hands-on experience using modern sourcing and outreach platforms such as LinkedIn, Welcome to the Jungle, or similar tools. A builder mindset with an ability to create, test, and improve recruitment processes rather than relying solely on established methods. Strong execution skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities while working quickly in an ambiguous, changing environment. Highly analytical and comfortable using recruitment metrics, engagement data, and operational KPIs to assess performance and guide decisions. Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships across internal teams and external audiences. Experience with global crowdsourcing, gig-economy, or online talent platforms is particularly valuable. Exposure to AI/ML projects, including data labeling, annotation, evaluation, or domain-specific task curation, is a strong advantage. Candidates must be based in the United States or Mexico and able to work without employer sponsorship. Availability to start within approximately two weeks is strongly preferred due to the immediate nature of the role. Benefits 3-month fixed-term contract with potential opportunity for extension. Competitive base salary. Monthly performance-based bonus potential. Fully remote working arrangement. Opportunity to contribute to projects supporting the development and improvement of AI systems. Exposure to specialized talent networks and emerging AI-related research and delivery projects. Fast-paced, collaborative, and mission-driven working environment. Opportunity to develop scalable recruitment strategies and make a measurable operational impact.
