Full job description

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Partner Account Executive based in the United States. As a Partner Account Executive, you will own strategic post-sale relationships and become a trusted advisor to a portfolio of partners. You will be responsible for strengthening relationships, increasing adoption, protecting retention, and driving sustainable account growth. The role combines customer success, commercial strategy, product enablement, and cross-functional leadership. You will work closely with internal Product, Technology, Service, Compliance, and Legal teams to deliver exceptional partner outcomes. Your work will directly contribute to renewals, expansion opportunities, and recurring revenue growth. Success requires strong ownership, proactive problem-solving, and the ability to translate partner goals into actionable strategies. This is an opportunity to make a visible impact in a fast-moving, relationship-driven environment focused on long-term customer value.

Serve as the primary post-sale contact and strategic advisor for assigned partner accounts, developing trusted and lasting relationships. Build a deep understanding of partner businesses, objectives, KPIs, operating models, and growth strategies. Lead regular partner touchpoints, strategic planning sessions, and business reviews to demonstrate value and identify opportunities. Own account retention and growth, identifying and closing upsell and cross-sell opportunities aligned with evolving partner needs. Lead renewal activities, ensuring timely execution, clear communication, and strong demonstration of delivered value. Develop expansion roadmaps and enablement strategies that increase product adoption, utilization, and partner outcomes. Guide partners on product capabilities, best practices, and advanced functionality to maximize the value they receive. Act as an escalation owner for complex service issues, coordinating with internal teams to resolve concerns quickly and effectively. Proactively identify friction points and work cross-functionally to prevent recurring service issues and reduce churn risk. Communicate relevant product updates, enhancements, and business developments to partners. Represent the partner voice internally by gathering feedback and translating customer insights into product and service improvements. Maintain accurate account records, activity updates, opportunity information, and relationship plans within CRM and client engagement systems. Monitor key success indicators, including satisfaction, renewal performance, retention, adoption, and revenue expansion. Contribute to the development and improvement of partner success strategies, playbooks, processes, and best practices. Requirements At least 5 years of experience in customer success, account management, partner management, or a closely related client-facing role. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant professional experience. Proven success managing strategic customer or partner relationships and delivering measurable account growth. Demonstrated experience with renewals, negotiations, expansion opportunities, retention objectives, and revenue targets. Strong understanding of customer lifecycle management, product adoption, and long-term relationship development. Knowledge of HSA, HRA, FSA, Commuter, COBRA, and Direct Billing solutions is highly valuable. Familiarity with Savings & Spending products and COBRA regulatory requirements is preferred. Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Strong commercial mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and translate customer needs into business outcomes. High level of accountability, ownership, and follow-through, with a consistent focus on delivering measurable results. Ability to collaborate effectively across Product, Technology, Service, Compliance, Legal, and other internal functions. Strong organizational skills and the ability to independently manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with CRM and customer engagement platforms, such as Salesforce. Benefits Base salary range of $63,700–$74,400 , with actual compensation determined by qualifications, skills, experience, and other relevant factors. Eligibility for sales commission under the applicable compensation plan. Comprehensive and competitive benefits designed to support professional and personal well-being. Medical, dental, and vision insurance. Retirement savings plan. Paid time off. Health Savings Account and Flexible Spending Accounts. Life and disability insurance. Tuition reimbursement and professional development support. Opportunity to work remotely within the United States. A collaborative environment focused on continuous innovation, client success, and long-term career growth.
