Full job description

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Partner Account Manager - SaaS Reseller Partnerships based in Canada. This is a fully remote commercial partnership role focused on expanding and strengthening a SaaS reseller ecosystem across North America. You will own relationships with strategic reseller partners, from recruitment and onboarding through enablement, growth, and long-term success. The role combines partner strategy, sales enablement, forecasting, business planning, and hands-on commercial execution. You will work closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and technical teams to help partners effectively sell, provision, bill, and support SaaS solutions. As a trusted advisor, you will engage stakeholders ranging from partner sales teams to senior and C-level decision-makers. The position offers significant autonomy, international collaboration, and the opportunity to directly influence partner revenue and business growth. It is well suited to a commercially minded professional who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and turning partnerships into measurable results.

Identify, recruit, and negotiate commercial agreements with strategic reseller partners across North America. Lead the commercial and operational onboarding of new partners, ensuring they understand the reseller model, pricing, processes, and provisioning tools. Deliver sales enablement initiatives and Train-the-Trainer sessions to help partner teams confidently position, demonstrate, and sell SaaS solutions. Develop annual and quarterly business plans with partners and track performance against forecasts, revenue objectives, and growth targets. Support strategic sales opportunities through co-selling while maintaining a partner-first approach and ensuring partners retain ownership of their customer relationships. Conduct regular Quarterly Business Reviews to assess performance, identify expansion opportunities, address risks, reduce churn, and strengthen partner engagement. Build trusted relationships with key partner stakeholders, including senior leaders and C-level executives. Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and technical teams to remove obstacles and improve partner success. Monitor partner pipelines, forecasts, commercial performance, and growth opportunities using a data-driven approach. Proactively identify new opportunities to expand the reseller ecosystem and increase partner-generated business. Requirements 5+ years of experience in SaaS partner management, channel sales, business development, or a closely related commercial role. Proven experience working with Value-Added Resellers, Managed Service Providers, Professional Services organizations, hyperscaler marketplaces, or comparable technology partner ecosystems. An established network of potential partners within the U.S. and strong familiarity with the North American SaaS market. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain long-term commercial relationships and influence stakeholders at executive level. Strong commercial and analytical mindset, with experience managing forecasts, sales pipelines, business plans, and performance targets. Solid business acumen combined with the ability to understand technical concepts and communicate SaaS value clearly to both technical and commercial audiences. Excellent written and spoken English communication skills. Strong negotiation, presentation, relationship management, and sales enablement capabilities. Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong sense of ownership and the ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution. Comfortable working autonomously in a fully remote and internationally distributed environment. Adaptable communicator who can work effectively with stakeholders from different cultures, functions, and levels of seniority. Curious, solution-oriented, collaborative, and motivated by helping partners achieve measurable business results. Current authorization to work in the country of employment is required; visa or work-permit sponsorship may not be available. Benefits Fully remote working arrangement. Full-time employment within an international SaaS and technology environment. Flexible working arrangements designed to support work-life balance. Up to 25 vacation days. Generous parental pay and family-focused support. Employee wellness programs and initiatives supporting personal wellbeing. Collaborative, inclusive, and international team environment. Opportunity to work directly with strategic SaaS partners and senior business stakeholders. Significant autonomy and visible impact on partner growth and commercial performance. Opportunities to develop expertise across SaaS partnerships, channel sales, and technology ecosystems.
