Partner Development Manager – Italian Market   Based in Milan, Italy   About the role:   AvePoint is seeking a Partner Development Manager to recruit, convert, and enable prospective MSP’s and VAR partners. In this role, you will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying, building partner relationships, and other elements of the presales cycle leading to transaction and sell through to the partners customer base.     We are looking for creative thinkers who are confident and self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset. You take pride in seeing your hard work pay off when you see the final results and are determined to help others succeed.     Key responsibilities: Proactively source new prospects    Nurture, cross-sell and upsell existing MSP Partners    Collaborate with cross-functional team members in different territories to execute sales plays and build local relationships to drive results    Partner Sourced Revenue Target Achievement     Essential requirements:   We look for people who value agility, passion and teamwork; those who can bring fresh ideas to the table and want the opportunity to learn, grow, and expand their careers. Bring your aptitude and build upon what you do best for our customers, partners, team, and you.       5+ years previous partner management experience in the SaaS hemisphere   BA/BS in Business, Marketing, Communications, or similar relevant field    Strong communication skills are essential to effectively articulate the company's vision, convey product changes, and adapt to new strategies. Candidates must be business fluent in Italian, as well as English.
