Partner Experience Manager Location: Birmingham, AL or San Francisco, CA (in office) Type: Full time Compensation:

• San Francisco: 85k Base + $30K annual bonus potential
• Birmingham: $75K base + $30K annual bonus potential Travel: ~15% to partner locations Who We Are We believe the future of technology is a conversation, not a click. We're a small team, we ship code every single day, and we're just getting started. The Role This role owns strategic partnership implementation for Apple Messenger for Business. You worked directly with partner’s engineering and product teams from build to launch. You will serve as the clients main point of contact for Apples’ platform registration, UX approval and review process. Partner teams are deeply technical and we’ll be building this role from ground up. That means knowing our API, the platform requirements, what a good agentic experience looks like and how these workflows behave well enough to answer an engineer's question. You will play a key role in helping brands create their ideal consumer and product experiences for launch. What You'll Do
• Each partner's build from kickoff through launch, guiding their engineering and product teams as the expert on the implementation process
• Apple’s registration and review process end to end, including submissions, requirements, responses, and resubmissions
• Balance multiple partner approvals simultaneously across the entire implementation pipeline. Keeping both internal and external teams organized and on-track to launch timelines.
• Coordination with internal and external stakeholders from Engineering, Design, and Marketing.
• Autonomy to build upon and improve on the existing implementation process as you gain experience working with large enterprise partners
• Process documentation so each implementation runs faster than the last You Might Be a Fit If You Have
• Hands-on experience with APIs and developer-facing products, plus the technical depth to lead a partner's engineer team through build and implementation
• Practical work with AI agents and workflow design and/or implementation
• Experience in technical product implementation from start to finish, as the main point of contact responsible for success
• An eye for detail and a gut instinct for what makes an experience the best, from catching what others skip past to noticing a flow that technically passes but doesn't feel right
• A mindset toward always moving things forward, whether that's chasing an unanswered question or raising a problem before anyone asks about it Bonus
