ABOUT THE ROLE This Partner Manager role owns the full partner channel for Poland, sitting within the Sales team at a seed-stage AI communications software company serving SMEs. You will drive partner acquisition, activation, and enablement end to end, playing a direct role in closing deals and building the foundations for scalable, indirect revenue growth in the Polish market. WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Identify, screen, and assess potential channel partners across Poland, determining the right engagement model for each.
- Activate new partners by running joint sales calls yourself, demonstrating strong sales process so partners learn by example.
- Close partners' first joint deals and join larger customer negotiations to build credibility and momentum.
- Build and deliver enablement resources including pitch materials, objection-handling guides, and training tailored to partner needs.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for partner questions and provide ongoing support through regular check-ins.
- Identify upsell opportunities within partners' existing customer bases and open new opportunities through and for your partners.
- Own key metrics: partner revenue, qualified partners per quarter, activation rates, and repeat activation performance. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 3 or more years in B2B sales roles such as SDR or AE, with demonstrated progression and hands-on deal closure experience.
- Native Polish speaker with fluent English; ability to conduct sales calls, negotiations, and training in both languages.
- Proven ability to lead customer calls, handle objections, and close deals independently.
- Channel or partner sales experience, including recruiting, onboarding, and enabling resellers or sales partners.
- Experience building sales enablement materials such as playbooks, pitch decks, and objection-handling frameworks.
- Track record of managing partner pipelines and driving revenue through indirect channels.
- Comfortable with CRM systems and sales analytics tools for tracking pipeline and partner performance.
- Background in SaaS, AI, or technology sales is a strong advantage.
- Additional fluency in German, French, Italian, or Spanish is a plus.
- Willingness to be based in Warsaw and travel regularly for partner visits and on-site customer negotiations. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS Salary range: 60,000 to 75,000 EUR annually. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role. LOCATION On-site in Warsaw, Masovian Voivodeship, Poland. Regular travel across Poland is expected for partner meetings and customer negotiations.
